IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION
It is important that you read the following information to ensure you understand and agree with the Covid-19 precautions taken by Jasmin Bauer Photography for your session at the studio located at 44 London Street EH3 6LX. Please read carefully and fill out the waiver form at the bottom of the page.
During these times and until further notice all sessions in the studio will adhere to the following guidelines:
- Your pre-shoot consultation will be conducted via Skype to limit in-person contact
- Your reveal session will be conducted via Skype to limit in-person contact
- Contact throughout the studio will be prevented through social distancing measures
- Product delivery may be directly sent to you upon request
- Only one photo session will be held at the studio to avoid contact between clients
- Until further notice, additional guests accompanying you for your shoot are not allowed (excluding chaparones for minors and participating partners and childlren)
- Each client is required to wash their hands upon arrival and before leaving.
- No more than 3 attendees for your shoot are allowed in the studio in addition to me
- As your photographer, I will thoroughly clean my hands /use hand sanitiser throughout the session
- Masks are to be brought in and worn when not being photographed. I will also wear a mask throughout
- Hair and makeup are suspended at this time
- All photography items and props used during your session will be thoroughly disinfected and disposable items will be used when possible
- All surfaces will be wiped thoroughly before and after each client
By signing below, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and I agree to each statement above and release Jasmin Bauer Photography from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
I voluntarily assume the risk that I, my partner or any in my household may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19, by attending the photoshoot and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.
I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the studio of Jasmin Bauer Photography may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to the photographer and other studio employees and contractors, such as assistants, hairstylists, and make-up artists if those are present.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself, my partner or my family, (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I, my partner or my household may experience or incur in connection with us attending the photoshoot at the studio of Jasmin Bauer Photography.
On my behalf, and on behalf of my partner and household, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Jasmin Bauer Photography, its employees and assistants from the claims, including all liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Jasmin Bauer Photography, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any photography related activities at the studio.
Jasmin Bauer Photography agrees to abide by these standards and affirms the same.
